Executive has experience at Grupo Boticário, TDK and Ayesa

Specializing in digital solutions for industry, Sequor/Snef is expanding its operations in the area of ​​Artificial Intelligence (AI). To support this growth, the company hired Cristiano Lenz to take over as commercial director. He has more than 25 years of experience in the technology market, with experience at Grupo Boticário, TDK and Ayesa, among other large companies. The change is in line with the profile of constant reinvention of the Snef Group, of which Sequor is part. The organization had revenues of 1.7 billion euros last year, with 13 thousand employees and a presence in 25 countries.

Bachelor's degree in information systems with postgraduate degrees in project management and business management, Lenz also has training in the executive program in leadership, strategy and organization at the Stanford University School of Business (USA) and in digital business strategy from the MIT School of Management, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA). With 28 years of professional experience in sectors such as industry, retail, finance and technology, the new director combines expertise in B2C and B2B, business development, sales and growth marketing, as well as management of commercial teams and sales channels. Sequor/Snef was founded in 2005 and, since 2018, has been part of the Snef Group. In Brazil, it has 1,200 employees, annual revenue of R$500 million and serves large customers, such as Honda, Electrolux, AGCO and Thyssenkrupp (now TK Elevators). The Brazilian unit is headquartered in Canoas (RS).
